Free Flashcard Study Tool for African Students

Whether you're preparing for JAMB UTME, WAEC/SSCE, KCSE, South African Matric, or university exams, flashcards are one of the most effective study techniques. This tool uses spaced repetition to help you focus on the cards you struggle with, while spending less time on material you already know.

Choose from pre-made exam packs or create your own decks. Study with three modes: flip cards for traditional review, quiz mode for active recall, and match mode for a fun challenge. Import cards from spreadsheets or export your decks as CSV. All data stays in your browser — no signup required.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does spaced repetition work?

Cards you mark as "Review Again" appear more frequently in your study sessions. Cards you mark as "Got It" are shown less often, focusing your study time on material you find challenging. This technique is proven to move information from short-term to long-term memory.

Are the pre-made decks accurate?

Our exam packs are curated with key terms, formulas, and concepts commonly tested in JAMB, WAEC, KCSE, and Matric exams. They're a great starting point — you can also add your own cards to any deck.

Is my data saved?

Yes, all decks and cards are saved to your browser's local storage. Your data stays on your device and persists between sessions. Clearing browser data will remove your flashcards, so use "Export CSV" to back up important decks.

How do I import cards in bulk?

Click "Bulk Import" and paste your data with one card per line. Use a tab character or comma to separate the front (term) from the back (definition). You can also export from spreadsheet apps as CSV.

What study modes are available?

Flip mode lets you see the front and reveal the back by clicking. Quiz mode asks you to type the answer for active recall practice. Match mode gives you a set of terms and definitions to pair together.
