Money tool operating notes
The invoice tool is strongest when it keeps commercial details tidy: client, seller, line items, VAT, payments, balance due and a downloadable output.
Use it for freelance invoices, agency retainers, consulting work, school fees, small-business sales and client billing that needs a printable or PDF invoice.
A Nigerian agency can enter a NGN 250,000 service line, set VAT where applicable, record a NGN 100,000 deposit and issue an invoice showing the remaining balance. Ghana, Kenya and South Africa users can adjust currency and tax fields for their own context.
Totals are calculated from the line items, discount, tax rate, payments and balance fields entered by the user. The tool does not decide whether a tax rate applies to a specific transaction.
Reviewed for page structure and sales readiness: May 4, 2026. Invoices are business records, not tax filings. Verify VAT, withholding tax, invoice numbering and local invoicing rules before using the document for compliance.
