Method and limitations

User-driven, not stereotype-driven

The tool does not select advice from country, gender, age, company type or seniority. Employer instructions, accessibility needs, role requirements and the user’s own evidence are the relevant inputs.

No generic question or hiring prediction

Interviewers may change format, questions and criteria. The question list contains only prompts the user enters. Completing the pack cannot predict shortlisting, an offer or interview performance.

Privacy and evidence safety

Entries stay in the current browser page. Exports happen only when requested. Redact personal identifiers, client names, internal financial data, security information and confidential documents before entering or exporting content.

What should I wear?

Follow written employer instructions. If none are provided and attire affects your participation, ask the recruiter. Choose something safe, accessible, comfortable and appropriate for the stated setting rather than relying on country stereotypes.

How many STAR stories should I prepare?

There is no universal number. Build enough distinct, truthful examples to cover the requirements you identified, and avoid forcing one story to answer every prompt.

Does a completed checklist mean I am ready?

No. It only records completed preparation actions. Rest, accessibility, interview conditions, role fit and employer decisions are outside the count.
