Source-led revision planning

Plan revision around paper dates you have verified

Enter the official timetable source and each subject’s date. AfroTools allocates revision sessions before those dates and shows unmet targets; it does not supply official dates or declare you exam ready.

Priority changes scheduling pressure only. It is not a confidence, grade or readiness score.

Before generating: match every entered date against the official subject code, paper, session, candidate type and centre instructions.

How to interpret the plan

Session allocation is logistics—not learning evidence

Entered exam date

The date comes from you. The planner does not query an exam authority or infer the correct series, paper or session.

Target sessions

This is a workload target. More sessions do not automatically mean better learning or a higher result.

Scheduled sessions

These fit on the selected study days before the entered paper date, subject to the daily session limit.

Shortfall

An unmet target means the selected availability is insufficient. Reduce targets carefully, start earlier or add realistic study days.

FAQ

Exam revision timetable questions

Why are there no WAEC, KCSE or Matric presets?

Exam series, candidate categories, subject papers and dates change. A stale preset can send a learner to the wrong paper or create a false countdown.

Are exam dates included in the calendar export?

Yes, as all-day reminders clearly labelled “user-entered exam date — verify official timetable.” Revision entries are timed using your selected start time, duration and break.

Does the plan account for topic difficulty?

Only through the priority value you enter. It cannot diagnose subject mastery or choose the right learning method.

What should I do with a shortfall?

Review the target, begin earlier or add realistic study availability. Keep sleep, school, work, transport and health constraints intact.
