Professional receipts for African businesses

Use this generator for sales receipts, tax receipts, deposit receipts, refund records, and payment confirmation slips. It keeps the practical proof fields small businesses need: buyer details, receipt number, transaction date, itemized products or services, taxes, discounts, delivery fees, payment method, and transaction reference.

The country preset helps you start with common VAT rates and local payment methods, but it does not replace tax advice. Add the correct TIN, VAT, PIN, or registration number required by your country and confirm the rules with your accountant or tax authority.

Can I save previous receipts?

Yes. Saved receipts are stored locally in your browser through AfroTools saved-state storage. You can also export JSON backups.

Can I use this for mobile money receipts?

Yes. Add the provider, mobile money or payment reference, approval code, and QR/payment link. The receipt preview includes those details in the payment section.

Can I export receipts for bookkeeping?

Yes. Export a PDF for customers, CSV for line items, TXT for a plain record, or JSON for backup and re-import.
