PDF Page Manager: How It Works

The AfroTools PDF Page Manager gives you practical control over pages in a PDF document. Upload a PDF, preview every page as a thumbnail, then drag pages into a new order, rotate sideways scans, delete unwanted pages, duplicate pages, reverse page order, add pages from another PDF, or extract selected pages into a new file. Range selection helps with long reports because you can type values such as 1-3, 7, 10-12 instead of clicking every page. The tool preserves page content while creating a new PDF in your browser. Files stay on your device, making it useful for confidential business documents, legal files, scanned forms, school records, and personal archives.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reorder pages?

After uploading your PDF, you will see thumbnail previews of each page. Simply drag any page thumbnail and drop it in the new position. The page order updates instantly in the preview.

Can I rotate individual pages?

Yes. Each page thumbnail has a rotate button that rotates the page by 90 degrees. This is useful for fixing pages that were scanned sideways or upside down.

Can I delete specific pages from a PDF?

Yes. Click the delete button on any page thumbnail to remove it from the document. The remaining pages are automatically renumbered. Download the updated PDF when you are satisfied with the result.

Can I insert pages from another PDF?

Yes. Use Add Pages to append one or more PDFs. If exactly one page is selected, the added pages are inserted after that page; otherwise they are appended to the end.

Can I extract selected pages into a new PDF?

Yes. Select pages manually or by range, then click Extract. The selected pages are downloaded as a separate PDF while your workspace remains unchanged.

Does reordering affect the page content quality?

No. The tool rearranges pages without recompressing or modifying their content. Text, images, and formatting remain exactly as they were in the original PDF.

Is my document uploaded to any server?

No. All page manipulation is handled entirely in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device, ensuring privacy and security for all document types.
