UNESCO Office in Dar es Salaam is inviting service providers to produce two video documentaries about its Safer Campuses and Integrated Safe School Initiatives in Tanzania.
The terms of reference call for field production at selected universities, colleges and schools, plus concepts, scripts, interviews and final films of 15 to 30 minutes. The assignment also includes two short trailers, English and Swahili subtitles, clean international versions, 60 high-resolution still images, copyright clearances, a final report and an organised project archive.
Applicants should show at least three years of professional documentary or film experience, comparable work, thematic experience in education, youth, health, gender or safeguarding, and capacity across filming, photography, sound, editing, graphics and post-production. The service provider supplies its own equipment, and the 25-working-day assignment is scheduled between September and November 2026.
Applications need a technical proposal and methodology, team CVs, previous work samples, a detailed financial proposal and references. Proposals must reach the UNESCO Dar es Salaam office by September 23, 2026. Applicants should read the official notice and terms of reference before submitting.
