UGC Africa announced performance tiers for flat-rate campaigns on September 10, 2026. The optional feature lets an advertiser attach minimum view thresholds to an eligible campaign so the payout can scale with verified reach.
The platform says creators can see the applicable thresholds and payout terms on the campaign detail page before reserving a slot. A campaign can use one all-or-nothing threshold or several graduated tiers, while flat-rate campaigns without tiers continue to pay the stated fixed amount after approval.
The change is most relevant to screenshot-verified formats such as WhatsApp Status and Snapchat Spotlight, where public view data is not automatically available. Creators still submit proof for review; the tiers affect the payout calculation after a post is approved rather than adding a new submission step.
The feature applies campaign by campaign and does not change cost-per-view campaigns. Creators should check each campaign page for its exact terms before participating. AfroStream reviewed UGC Africa's official announcement on September 12, 2026.
