South Africa's Content Creator Awards unveiled its 2026 nominees on August 17 and announced Samsung Galaxy as the programme's title sponsor.
The official Samsung South Africa release says the fourth edition has 20 categories. Judging criteria were developed with IAB South Africa, while public voting categories include Samsung Galaxy Creator of the Year, YouTube Creator of the Year, the Automotive Content Award, Emerging Creator and People's Choice.
Creator of the Year nominees are Donovan Goliath, Grace Mondlana, Nadia Jaftha, Primo9teen and Vafa Naraghi. The release also lists Centtwinz, Lasizwe, Noko Mashaba, Shev and Dev, SMWX and Zayaan for YouTube Creator of the Year.
A new #CapturedWithGalaxy category remains open to eligible entries until September 20. The awards ceremony is scheduled for October 17, 2026 in Sandton, Johannesburg.
