How it works

The campaign is designed around football knowledge, transparent scoring, locked deadlines, one account per person, and manual winner checks.

1

Make picks

Choose match winners, draws, and exact scores across all 72 group fixtures, then add group qualifiers, best-performing African team, finalists, and champion.

2

Beat the lock

Predictions lock before kickoff. No edits after lock in the live version.

3

Score on skill

Points come from correct predictions, exact scores, group qualifiers, champion picks, and African-team bonus rules that reward correct calls involving African teams.

4

Verify winners

Winners verified before payout. Suspicious or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Scoring system

Simple rule: get the score right for the biggest points. If you miss the score, you can still earn smaller points for reading the match correctly.

10 pts

Exact score

You predict the final score perfectly.

Example: you pick Morocco 2-1, and the match ends Morocco 2-1.
4 pts

Correct team win

You pick the winning team, even if the score is different.

Example: you pick Ghana to win, and Ghana wins by any score.
4 pts

Correct draw

You pick a draw, and the match ends level.

Example: you pick 1-1, and the match ends 0-0 or 2-2.
3 pts

Correct margin

You get the goal difference right.

Example: you pick 2-0, and the match ends 3-1.
1 pt each

Correct team goals

You get one team's goal total right.

Example: you pick 2-1, final is 2-0, so the home-team goals are right.
Up to +8

African-team boost

African-team fixtures can earn bonus points, but the bonus is capped.

Example: correct African-team win or clean sheet can add extra points without overpowering skill.
0 pts

Late after lock

Predictions must be submitted before kickoff.

Example: if a match has kicked off, that fixture can no longer be edited for points.

Anti-cheat and fairness

The campaign should feel fun, but cash prizes need guardrails. Suspicious users can still play, but prize payment waits until review is complete.

01

One real player

One account per person. Duplicate accounts, repeated devices, fake referrals, and obvious self-referrals can be reviewed or removed.

02

Locked predictions

Fixture picks lock at kickoff. Late edits score 0 for that match and are logged for review.

03

Privacy-safe signals

Device, IP, and browser signals should be stored as hashes or review flags, not raw public data.

04

Manual winner checks

Top players may need to confirm age, country, contact details, account ownership, and payout route before payment.

05

No fee to claim

AfroTools will never ask winners to pay a fee to claim a prize. Anyone asking for a claim fee is not AfroTools.

Safe launch

Prize payment checks

Prize payments wait for account enforcement, score locks, duplicate checks, and winner verification.

Matchday points

Predictions plus fan actions

Points from predictions, referrals, follows, and social actions count toward the Matchday Leaderboard. Winners may be manually verified before prize payment.

PP

FP

SAFE

Referral safeguards

Self-referrals, duplicate signups, fake accounts, or suspicious activity may be reviewed or removed before prizes are paid.

Eligibility and winner verification

Fans in African countries can enter if they are at least 13 years old and can create one eligible account.

Winner notification will require a valid contact route, account ownership checks, age/country confirmation, terms acceptance, anti-cheat review, and manual verification before payout.
