Count the number of business days between two dates. Automatically excludes weekends and public holidays for Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana.
This tool counts every day between your start and end dates, then subtracts weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays for the selected country. The result is the number of actual working (business) days.
Most African countries follow a Monday-Friday working week, though some North African countries observe a Sunday-Thursday week. Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana all use Monday-Friday. According to the International Labour Organization, the standard working week is 40-48 hours across most of Africa.
