Sensitive dates stay local

TB clinic date tracker

Organise dates already supplied by a TB clinic and mark each as scheduled, completed, or changed by the clinic. Nothing is saved automatically.

No medicine or adherence advice. Do not enter medicine names, regimens, doses or missed doses. If medicine was missed, unavailable, vomited, interrupted or caused a concerning reaction, contact the prescribing TB clinic promptly for individual guidance. For severe breathing difficulty, coughing blood, confusion or collapse, seek urgent care.

Clinic-provided dates

Defaults to this device’s local calendar date; you can change it.

Statuses are your local logistical notes only. They do not record medicine use, prove attendance, or change clinic instructions.

Date summary

Enter the planning date and any dates given by the clinic.

Safe use

The engine compares valid calendar dates using whole UTC days to avoid daylight-saving drift. A past scheduled date is flagged for clinic confirmation; a past date marked completed is retained as a logistical record and is not called overdue. A future date marked completed, or a same-episode result date earlier than its sample date, is flagged only as an entry to confirm.

No date or status is evidence about diagnosis, treatment response, infectiousness, medicine use or adherence. Contact the clinic to confirm changed, missed or unclear visits.

Official context, reviewed 26 July 2026: WHO tuberculosis fact sheet (24 March 2026). TB requires qualified diagnosis and treatment; this tracker does not interpret either.
