Scoring model
How the score is calculated
The Creator Readiness Score has a maximum of 70 points distributed across 9 dimensions. Each question in the Readiness Score assessment is mapped to one dimension.
| Dimension | Max points | Question focus |
|---|---|---|
| Positioning clarity | 6 | Niche definition, audience specificity, creator identity |
| Consistency | 8 | Publishing frequency, schedule reliability, streak length |
| Packaging quality | 8 | Titles, thumbnails, hook structure, format consistency |
| Repurposing maturity | 7 | Multi-format output, platform distribution, clip extraction |
| Monetization readiness | 8 | Active income streams, platform eligibility, income reliability |
| Business infrastructure | 8 | Rate card, media kit, pitch materials, brand relationship |
| Platform diversification | 6 | Number of active platforms, content adaptation across channels |
| Operational resilience | 7 | Ability to create under data/power/device constraints |
| System maturity | 12 | Documented workflow, planning horizon, operational independence |
| Total | 70 |
