Cote d'Ivoire is the world's largest cocoa producer and one of West Africa's most significant agricultural economies. The country consumes approximately 300,000 to 400,000 tonnes of fertilizer annually, with cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, cotton, rice, and vegetables driving demand. Despite being a major agricultural exporter, the country imports most of its fertilizer, though there is growing domestic blending capacity.
